The meeting rooms are supported by reliable and secure technology so the data you access in the meeting is totally secure. Modern technology and relevant meeting aids (including stationery packs and water bottles) are set up in all meeting rooms, enabling attendees to achieve great meeting outcomes.

Our team are on-hand to help you book a meeting room. Throughout your meeting, the Saxons client service teams will refresh the meeting room and provide support and genuine hospitality. The meeting venues flow to communal breakout spaces where meeting attendees can access complimentary Nespresso coffee, a variety of teas, healthy snacks, Wi-Fi and charging stations. In these communal breakout spaces, meeting attendees can connect and network with other guests of Saxons, or take time for themselves to relax in the lounge.
